By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Service Availability
Our products are available for purchase and shipping only within Canada.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed from IP addresses located outside of Canada. We also do not fulfill orders shipped to industrial addresses, warehouses, freight forwarders, or other non-residential shipping locations.
If an order is cancelled for any of these reasons, a refund will be issued minus any non-refundable fees incurred through Shopify for processing the cancellation.
Product Listings & Order Processing
We reserve the right to update, edit, or remove products and content from this website at any time without notice. While we aim to process all orders, there may be exceptional cases where we must refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
Vintage Quality, Authenticity & Sizing
All of our pieces are vintage or second-hand and may show gentle signs of wear consistent with age and previous use. These distinctions are part of what makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind. All designer items are pre-authenticated and sourced from trusted vendors, intentionally selected for their quality, condition, and character.
Sizing may vary due to differences between vintage and modern standards. We provide detailed measurements in each product description to help you find the right fit, and encourage you to review them carefully before purchasing.
Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed. Please be sure of your purchase before completing your transaction.
We specialize in vintage and second-hand items, which may show signs of age, including minor imperfections, discolouration, or general wear. These characteristics are part of each item’s unique history and are not considered flaws.
We provide detailed photos, measurements and material information for every item to help you make an informed purchase. If you have questions regarding fit, condition, or need additional information, please email us at shopmenatoronto@gmail.com prior to placing your order. We are happy to assist.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are fulfilled through Canada Post and include a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing prior to dispatch.
The estimated delivery time for expedited parcels within Canada is 2-8 business days. Delivery timelines are provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed.
We take great care in packaging every order. Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Mena is no longer responsible for the package. Responsibility for delivery, including delays, loss, theft, or damage, transfers to Canada Post. All tracked shipments within Canada include up to $100 CAD of insurance coverage. Customers are responsible for tracking their parcel and filing any claims directly with the carrier if necessary. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or collect it from the post office within the designated pickup period.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcels are not eligible for a refund. Additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be re-shipped.

All intellectual property rights on this website, and on Mena’s affiliated social media pages, are owned by Mena. This includes all images, videos, branding, product descriptions, and written or visual materials. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Mena.
You may share Mena content on social media provided Mena is clearly credited and tagged. This does not grant ownership, alteration rights, or permission for commercial use.
